Two disciples are praying in the woods when the master appears.
One looks up from his meditation and asks "Master, how many lives do I have to live before I reach enlightenment?"
"Only three more, my son," is the master's response.
"Three more lives..." the discouraged disciple repeats to himself, and he goes back to his meditation.
Meanwhile, the second disciple comes dancing up to his master asking the same question. "How many more lives do I have to live?"
"One thousand more, I'm afraid, my son," is the grave response.
"A thousand more!" the disciple exclaims in glee as he goes dancing off into the woods... and instantly becomes enlightened.

MAKING A CHANGE
Changes come as come they must for that's the way things go. That is how our minds develop, that is how we grow - learning how to walk along an unfamiliar way - readjusting, rearranging life from day to day.
